RMHC DAY OF CHANGE
On the first Friday of June, hundreds of volunteers join the crew of area McDonald’s from 7-10:30 a.m. during the breakfast rush to encourage customers to let their small change make a big difference. Our crew will also be at select stores until 1:30 p.m.
The Chattanooga Times Free Press has partnered with area McDonald’s to participate. During the RMHC Day of Change, you can purchase a Times Free Press newspaper for $1 (which features great McDonald’s coupons). 75 cents of each newspaper purchase goes back to the Chattanooga Ronald McDonald House!
Area businesses such as Regions Bank Branches, Cigna, Alliance Physical Therapy (all locations) and other community partners join in the effort to collect money the week prior to the RMHC Day of Change and to volunteer. Since its inception in 2010, this event has raised more than $151,000.00.
RMHC Day of Change is a great opportunity to show the importance of giving back; even the smallest gesture goes a long way to helping those in need.
