The Southeast’s Premier VW Festival!
Bug-a-Palüza 22 – April 18-19
Bug-a-Palüza is a weekend community gathering in April featuring Volkswagen cars, food and entertainment, plus lots of fun children’s activities. The two-day event is hosted by the Scenic City Volks Folks.
The weekend car show began in 1999 and has grown from a handful of VW enthusiasts spending a Sunday afternoon in the dealership parking lot to one of the largest annual VW events in the region. Each year, a few thousand families, some from as far away as California, attend to enjoy over 350 show cars and over 70 vendors. Bug-a-Palüza features Volkswagen cars, old and new, food, music and entertainment.
Spectator entry is just $5 per person. There is no charge for children under the age of 12. Proceeds from gate and concession booth support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga. Since 2008, Bug-a-Palüza has donated over $150,000 to the the Chattanooga Ronald McDonald House, which goes to help local families of critically ill and injured children.
