Celebrating 30 years of keeping families close to their sick child and better together!
Since 1990, the Chattanooga Ronald McDonald House has helped thousands of families with sick children. Founder of the first Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia and world renowned pediatric oncologist Dr. Audrey Evans said, “A family with a sick child is a sick family.”
Research conducted by Ronald McDonald House Charities® worldwide has shown that families are better together when facing serious medical issues. Each year 550-600 families from the Tennessee Valley region call our House their “home” while their child is receiving the best medical care in the area.
With your support, the newly renovated Ronald McDonald House® will be more than a place of new furniture, appliances, lighting and flooring – it will be a place of encouragement and rest for thousands of families in the coming years.
Did you know that families regularly come from 4 states and over 21 counties in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina to access medical care?
Many exciting plans are being made in celebration of this momentous milestone—a Red Hot Red Striped Gala and an RMHC Capital Campaign which will fund some needed renovations to the Ronald McDonald House so that the next decade of serving families will provide hospitality at its best to those who need us most!
Red Hot Red Striped Gala
Honorary Chairpersons – Glenn & Suzanne Morris
The Morris family is honored to be a part of the RMHC mission of keeping families close when their child is sick and to serve as the Honorary Chairpersons of the 30th Anniversary Celebration. The community’s generous support for 30 years has helped frightened families who had nowhere to go have a place to call home.
We hope you will join us in celebrating a worthy cause. For more information about the Red Hot Red Striped Gala or sponsorship opportunities, please contact Tiffany Commons at 423.778.4338 or via email at Tiffany.Commons@rmhchattanooga.com. To sponsorship levels, view the links below.
