People from around the region and all over the world are interested in visiting Ronald McDonald House Charities. In order to ensure that each and every visit is a memorable experience, please follow these guidelines:
- All tours must be scheduled in advance.
- Tours are typically available Monday – Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and are available on Saturday or Sunday by appointment only.
- Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
How to Schedule a Tour
General Public
Tours for individuals and groups are available if scheduled and confirmed in advance. Tours are typically conducted Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 pm. Tours are available on Saturday or Sunday by appointment only. For more information or to schedule a tour, please call (423) 778-4300.
