Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga is one of over 300 chapters around the world.  People from around the region and all over the world are interested in visiting Ronald McDonald House Charities.  In order to ensure that each and every visit is a memorable experience, please follow these guidelines:

• All tours must be scheduled in advance.
• Tours are typically available Monday – Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and are available on Saturday or Sunday by appointment only.
• Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.  

How to Schedule a Tour

General Public
Tours for individuals and groups are available if scheduled and confirmed in advance. Tours are typically conducted Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 pm.   Tours are available on Saturday or Sunday by appointment only. For more information or to schedule a tour, please call (423) 778-4300.
