Ronald McDonald Family Room™

Ronald McDonald Family Room is located on the third floor of T. C. Thompson Children ’s Hospital near the “F” Elevator.  It is staffed entirely by volunteers and remains open daily from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M.  The day use facility is available to immediate family members of hospitalized patients in Children’s, Erlanger or Siskin Hospital.  The Family Room plays host to more than 21,000 visitors each year.

Services Provided

It is equipped with a small kitchen with food available depending on donations, two private showers and dressing areas, a family conversation area with television, quiet or nap room and laundry facilities.  All food and drink must be consumed in the Family Room. No exceptions! All services are provided free of charge. Donations are welcome!
